Answers to the questions people ask most. If yours isn’t here, write to us.
Email us
support@beadfocus.comIn Bead, Settings › About › Send feedback opens your email with the app version and your phone’s system already filled in. We usually reply within two working days.
How do I cancel Bead Plus?
In Bead, go to Settings › Manage subscription. It opens your store’s subscription page. You can also cancel in your phone’s settings:
- iPhone: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Bead › Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Bead › Cancel.
There are no questions to answer and no offers to stay. Bead Plus stays on until the period you’ve already paid for ends. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before your plan renews.
Is there a free trial?
No. Your first check-in, four short tests and your results, is free. Daily practice needs Bead Plus: $29.99 a year or $7.99 a month, charged when you confirm the purchase.
I paid but Bead still asks me to subscribe
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account or Google Play account you bought with, connect to the internet, then tap Restore purchases on the Bead Plus page or in Settings. If that doesn’t help, write to us and include roughly when you bought it.
How do I move to a new phone?
Bead has no account, so your beads and results live on your phone. To bring them along:
- On your old phone, go to Settings › Export data and save or send the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone.
- On the new phone, install Bead, then go to Settings › Import data and pick that file.
- Tap Restore purchases to bring back your subscription.
How do I get a refund?
App Store: Apple handles refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play: ask through your Google Play order history, or write to us. Google Play lets us refund a purchase ourselves.
My reminders don’t arrive
Check that notifications for Bead are allowed in your phone’s settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn’t holding them back. You can change your reminder time in Bead › Settings › Reminders.
Can I delete my data?
Settings › Reset all data removes your answers, beads, levels, results, notes and settings from your phone. Deleting the app removes them too. Neither one cancels a subscription. To ask us to delete your subscription records or emails you’ve sent us, write to us.
Does Bead diagnose or treat anything?
No. Bead is a practice app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have concerns about attention or memory, talk to a healthcare professional.
